Vi trenger å høre om dine utfordringer som tillitsvalgt, og hvilke saker som opptar deg. Midlertidig vitenskapelig ansatte er den dårligst organiserte gruppering på UiO idag. Vi er svært utsatt både personalpolitisk, forskningspolitisk og i økonomisk forstand. Dette er en gyllen mulighet for å diskutere med andre representanter og lære om deres erfaringer samt hvordan situasjonen er ved forskjellige institutter og fakulteter. UiOdoc trenger å høre om saker som trenger mer oppmerksomhet i universitetssystemet, og ønsker å bistå på best mulig måte. Send gjerne din vara om du ikke har mulighet, eller kom alle sammen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Foruten orientering og samtale om viktige saker som pågår i Universitetsstyret og fakultetsstyrene, vil vi informere om phd-evalueringen som pågår nå og si noe om utviklingen for mva-tillitsvalgte og deres politiske handlingsrom ved UiO de siste årene. For nye representanter kan dette gi en god innføring i styrearbeidet ved UiO, og for mer erfarne kan det gi nyttig påfyll i forhold til det påvirkningspotensialet og handlingsrepertoaret man har som tillitsvalgt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etter møtet vil det bli litt servering og kl 17.00 holdes det et foredrag åpent for alle om "Quo vadis? - karriereplanlegging for stipendiater". Deretter blir det mulighet for mer sosialisering (på puben). Arbeidsgruppen har vært ledet av direktør Magnus Rindal ved forskningsinstituttet NOVA og har bestått av representanter fra sektoren og tjenestemannsorganisasjonene. Gruppen, som ble oppnevnt i mai i fjor, har i sitt arbeid også kartlagt bruken av midlertidige tilsettinger i ulike stillinger.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="p1"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="p1"&gt;I sin rapport foreslår arbeidsgruppen blant annet at institusjonene skal rydde opp i langvarig bruk midlertidige stillinger. Utvalget foreslår også at det i større grad skal foretas faste tilsettinger i eksternt finansierte stillinger og i lavere undervisningsstillinger. Det er også på tale med endringer av lov- og forskriftsregler som omhandler midlertidige tilsettinger. Samtidig har utvalgets medlemmer uttrykt uenighet seg i mellom om hvordan dagens regelverk – herunder den såkalte fireårsregelen, tjenestetid og rettigheter –skal forstås og hvilke tiltak som er best egnet for å redusere midlertidighet i akademia. Det er et koordineringsorgan for alle mva-er i formelle styringsorganer, og er en arena for å diskutere allmenne utfordringer for mva-enes situasjon ved UiO, deres karriereveier og gruppens plass i Akademia generelt. Antall mva-er ved UiO er stort og gruppen har behov for en aktiv interesseorganisasjon. UiODoc ønsker også å stå til rådighet for universitetets ledelse for dialog om aktuelle problemstillinger for mva-er ved UiO. Gruppen representerer også mva-ene i det nasjonale organet SiN (Stipendiatorganisasjonene i Norge), som igjen representerer Norge i EURODOC (den europeiske organisasjonen for stipendiatforeninger). UiODoc representerer også postdoktorer, prosjektforskere, time-/hjelpelærere og andre mva-er. UiODoc har årsmøte i april (21. april i 2010) og velger der sitt styre for ett år av gangen. Gullestad, (i kraft av å være i Universitetsstyret)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Aktivitet perioden 2009-2010&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;UiODocs hovedaktiviteter har dreid seg om debatt om sentrale problemstillinger for mva-er ved UiO, kompetansehevingskurs og -seminarer, samt representasjon ved møter i SiN og ved forespørsel. UiODoc har systematisk bygget seg opp siden gjenoppstarten av midlertidiges forening ved UiO i 2008, og ønsker å få til tre faste, årlige samlinger i tillegg til årsmøte i UiODoc, årsmøte i SiN og møter på forespørsel fra ledelsen ved UiO og andre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;I perioden 2009-2010 har UiODoc så langt hatt flere møter med sentraladministrasjonen og arrangert og deltatt på flere seminarer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Styret har hatt møter jevnlig gjennom hele året, samt mye kontakt på mail.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Behov for å avklare UiODocs plassering i UiO-systemet førte til et møte mellom leder, sekretær og assisterende OPA-direktør Johannes Falk Paulsen den 19.06.2009. Det ble avklart at UiODoc skal være et nettverksforum, ikke en medlemsorganisasjon, og at vi kan søke om midler fra OPA. For 2010 har vi søkt om 8.000,- Nkr i støtte for å dekke etterslep på SiN-kontigent, samt en årlig støtte på 6.000,- Nkr.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Det første UiODoc-seminaret ble avholdt den 28. januar for tillitsvalgte i råd og utvalg. Rektor Ole Petter Ottersen var hovedinnleder, og temaet var tillitsvalgte-rollen. I tillegg representerte UiODoc kvinner i midlertidige stillinger i et debattmøte om Kvinner i Akademia hos Aps kvinnegruppe på Stortinget 1.mars. Den 17. mars møtte UiODoc til et orienteringsmøte for nye midlertidige ansatte arrangert av OPA. I samarbeid med OPA arrangerte UiODoc nok et seminar den 8. april der opplæring av tillitsvalgte i UiOs organisasjonsstrukturer og påvirkningsmuligheter var på dagsorden, et tema som ble ønsket av de tillitsvalgte som møtte 28. januar. Arrangementene på UiO har vært støttet av Forskerforbundet og OPA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="NO-BOK"&gt;Årsmøtet ble avholdt 21. april, da ble sittende styre gjenvalgt.
