The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on May 14th at 4 pm in Lucy Smiths building (Administrasjonsbygningen), Rådssalen at the 10th floor.

1.      Establishing/Defining the meeting agenda (Konstituering)

-          Registration of participants

-          Election of AGM chair

-          Election of AGM secretary

3.      Activity plans 2014-2015

-          Budget 2014 (Appendix 1, p. 17)

-          Course for the representatives of the temporary academic staff at UiO (Faculty boards and committees) in autumn 2014 and another course including the transfer of experience with training in January 2015

-          Events/courses for PhDs and Postdocs (career guidance, etc.)

-          Visibility of UiODoc at all levels (from PhDs to the University management)
